Subway Diet
Subway Diet Overview: The story of Jared Fogle, the man who lost more than 200 pounds eating Subway attracted a lot of attention and prompted a lot of people to give the Subway Diet a chance. Jared was over 400 pounds, he was eating anything he wanted and it’s safe to bet that he wasn’t eating healthy. It’s no question that he would lose weight if he started to eat healthy, anyone in his situation would.

Of course things like mayonnaise; cheese, oil or other fatty condiments were excluded from the meals.
